Description
A structure built to last. An artwork meant to disappear. What happens when the fleeting
meets the permanent?
Part of Jones’ ongoing Red Studio project, this work exemplifies his investigation into how
simple interventions can transform our perception of architectural space. The historic
university building becomes a stage for exploring the relationship between institutional
permanence and artistic ephemera. When the red element appears, it is both an anchor and
a disruption, a marker of human intervention that resists easy interpretation.
